Shipping Methods & Rates
1. Regular Delivery

- Estimated delivery: 5 to 8 business days
2. Express Delivery
- Flat charge: ₹399
- Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days
3. Same-Day / Local Delivery
We offer Same-Day Delivery for selected locations in Bengaluru. If available for your address, it will appear as "Local Delivery" at checkout with the applicable charge shown at that time.
- Orders placed by 5:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are eligible for same-day delivery
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next business day
- No delivery on Sundays and public holidays
Important Notes
- All delivery timelines mentioned above are estimated, not guaranteed
- Actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping partner, your location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances
- ZepDecor is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or events beyond our control
Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India
- Same-Day / Local Delivery is available only for select pincodes in Bengaluru
