Refund Policy

At ZepDecor, we have a simple return & refund policy.

Returns are accepted up to 24 hours of delivery in the following cases:

  • Quality issues – We stand by the products sold on ZepDecor. There is a no-questions-asked replacement for any type of quality issue, whatever the nature.
  • Damaged or missing product – If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, we will resolve it immediately.

Please Note: No returns are accepted where there are no issues with the product, but it may have been misordered or excessively ordered on your end. The return policy is only applicable if the product packaging is unopened and the product is unused and no scratches or dents or marks should be there.

Refunds are processed immediately back to the source or as store credits, as per your preference.
